Information for Nominees

EVENT DETAILS

The event will take place in the Burlington Hotel on Saturday 20th January, 2007. The evening will commence with a champagne reception at 6.30p.m., dinner will be served at 8p.m. and the awards ceremony will commence circa 9.45p.m.

The event is black tie, broadcaster Miriam O’ Callaghan is the MC for the evening, and the LAMA executive committee will be in attendance as well as City Managers and other eminent members of Local Government.

All finalists will be announced and logos/project details projected on screen at the appropriate time.

The winner of each category will be announced and will be photographed receiving the award.

Please submit a COMPANY LOGO in EPS or JPEG (High Res) for projection on the evening.

1) Please submit COMPANY NAMES of anyone else who had an active part in this project ( ie architect, developer, engineer, landscaper, designer etc).

This is for inclusion in the brochure as well as on screen.

Attending the event
All companies short-listed will be given first option to buy tables, and we will endeavour to accommodate everyone, however availability is on a first come first served basis. The cost per table is €2500 for a table of 12.
