We were absolutely thrilled to be the winners of the 2010 LAMA Awards in the Best Architect category. This represented an acknowledgment at the highest level for the projects we had completed in the previous year for various local authorities around the country. As always, completing any successful project is dependent on a supreme team effort, involving the whole design team and many dedicated individuals, and in particular, it is dependent on having a good client.

Winning the 2010 Best Developer award, to say we were delighted was beyond our wildest dreams. It has opened up a whole new world to us regards our development in Clonakilty. We are developing an 8.6 acre town centre site on the main N 71 road going to West Cork. Our development is clearly seen by everyone passing on that road, and on winning such a prestigious award, it has not only give us great belief in ourselves but also the people of Clonakilty , the town council and local councilors who have supported us greatly throughout the years.

Thank you for an excellent night last Saturday. I attend many of these events and they are generally boring and just not enjoyable. Your event was a very different experience. This was one of the best organized events I have attended for ages. The pace of the event was excellent and Miriam O’Callaghan did an excellent job. Congratulations to all involved. I saw first hand the effort that went into the event early in the day and this effort certainly paid off in a very smooth event.
