Format for the LAMA Awards
There are 24 categories eligible for a LAMA Award. Each County Councillor, City Councillor, Town Councillor and Borough Councillor has one nomination per category. Those nominated in each category will then be contacted to enter a submission. Criteria for each category are clearly laid out below. All winners will be presented with a beautiful, bespoke, engraved, crystal trophy and will also have a photo opportunity with one of the VIP Presenters, as well as being issued with a press release for PR purposes. Winners of these prestigious awards will also receive an Awards logo for use on their website and for all printed matter. Branding guidelines for same must be adhered to and will be included in printed matter. Conditions of Entry - Free Entry- 1. Award category submissions are open to all companies/councils/individuals nominated by Councilors only. (except Best Architect and Best Developer/Promoter Awards)
- 2. All submissions must be completed electronically and submitted via email to hannah.bates@ashville.com . Supporting material if applicable may be submitted in hard copy or soft copy. Handwritten applications will not be accepted.
- 3. Word Count: Entries must not exceed four A4 pages of text. This does not include cover sheet. Unfortunately entries exceeding four pages cannot be considered for judging.
- 4. Supporting material: Supporting material may include brochures, photographs, media coverage etc. Any hard copy of supporting material may be sent to the event organisers at Ashville Media Group, Events Division, 57-59 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2.
- 5. Entries will be confirmed on receipt of email. This proves that your entry has been accepted.
- 6. Closing Date for Submission Entries is October 2010
- 7. All entered projects must have been completed within the last 3 years with the exception of parks which is 5 years
- 8. If re-entering a project there must be substantial upgrades/ redevelopment since previous submission, and must include before & after illustrations/photos and state amount invested in redevelopment.
